A scoped, paid brief to build an internal CRM dashboard. Suited to a freelance developer who would rather be judged on delivered work than on an interview.
About the role
We publish discrete paid briefs as a route in. You take a defined piece of work, agree the scope and price up front, and deliver it. If it goes well, more follows.
The brief covers an internal dashboard for managing client records, pipeline stages and activity history.
What you will do
- Agree the scope, data model and acceptance criteria before starting.
- Build the dashboard to the agreed specification, in phases that each end in something usable.
- Write enough documentation that another developer could pick it up.
- Hand over with a walkthrough for the people who will operate it.
What we look for
- Demonstrable delivery — code you can show and talk through.
- Comfort with a modern web stack and a real database.
- Willingness to raise scope problems in week one rather than week nine.
- Ability to work to a fixed brief without needing daily direction.
Useful, but not required
- Experience building internal tools or admin interfaces.
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
What you get
- A defined, paid piece of work with the scope agreed before you begin.
- A direct route to further briefs and ongoing work.
- Straight feedback either way.
How to apply
Email [email protected] with the role title in the subject line. Tell us briefly what you have done and why this one interests you. A link to something you have built or run is worth more to us than a polished CV.
We reply to every application with a decision and a reason, normally within a week. Skillops is an equal opportunity employer: we consider applicants regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marital status, pregnancy, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. If you need an adjustment at any stage of the process, say so and we will arrange it.
