Training
Practical instruction built around your own tasks, so people leave with something working rather than a folder of notes.
What this is.
Technology spend turns into operating capability at exactly one point: when the people who have to use it can do so confidently. Training that stops at a demonstration does not get you there.
We teach on your actual work. Participants bring a real task, and we automate or improve it during the session, so the thing they take away is already in use before they leave the room.

Deliver
Hands-on, with participants working on their own material.
Reinforce
Reference notes and a follow-up route so it sticks.
The outcome.
- People who can operate the system without escalating
- Working automations built during the session
- Reference material that gets used
- Fewer support calls about the same six questions
Before you ask.
Do participants need technical backgrounds?
No. Sessions assume none and are built for people doing a job rather than studying a subject.
Online or in person?
Both. Cohorts commonly run online at weekends; team sessions are often better in person.
How many people per session?
Small enough that everyone works on their own task. Beyond that it stops being training and becomes a presentation.
Starting investments are on the pricing page. The figure for your project comes from a written proposal you see before anything begins.
