Business Setup

The gap between incorporated and actually trading is where most new businesses lose their first three months. This closes it.

01 / OVERVIEW

What this is.

A company number does not let you trade. What does is a clear offer, a way to be found, a route for enquiries to reach you, and somewhere for the money to land. Founders usually know this and still postpone it, because none of it is the interesting part.

We build that foundation as one piece of work, so the brand, the website, the enquiry route and the back office all assume each other's existence rather than being bolted together later.

02 / WHAT IS INCLUDED

The scope.

Brand direction

Name usage, logo application, colour and tone — enough to look consistent, not a 60-page guideline nobody opens.

Website

A site that explains the offer and captures demand, built to be edited by you afterwards.

Enquiry route

Forms, routing and response templates so nothing lands in an inbox nobody owns.

Back office

Email, file storage, invoicing and a CRM if the volume justifies one.

Compliance checklist

The registrations and deadlines that follow incorporation, tracked rather than remembered.

Launch training

How to run all of it without calling us.

03 / HOW IT RUNS

Four phases.

01

Position

What you sell, to whom, and why they would choose you over doing nothing.

02

Build

Brand, site and the enquiry path, in that order.

03

Connect

Accounts, tools and the admin that keeps it legal and organised.

04

Launch

Go live, then train you on operating it.

04 / WHAT YOU END UP WITH

The outcome.

  • A business that looks and behaves like a real one from day one
  • A working route from stranger to enquiry to customer
  • Deadlines in a calendar rather than in your head
  • The ability to change your own website copy
05 / QUESTIONS

Before you ask.

Can you register the company for us?

We can guide the process and prepare what is needed, but incorporation is straightforward and cheap to do yourself. We would rather spend your budget on the parts that produce revenue.

What if I already have a website?

Then we start from what you have. Rebuilding a site that works is a waste; the problem is more often the journey after someone lands on it.

How fast can we launch?

A focused launch can move in days rather than months, provided decisions are made quickly and content is available.

Starting investments are on the pricing page. The figure for your project comes from a written proposal you see before anything begins.
