Business Counselling

Sometimes what is needed is not a project but an hour with someone who has seen the problem before and will say the difficult thing.

01 / OVERVIEW

What this is.

Founders, students and new operators often do not need a build. They need to work through one decision honestly — whether to take the contract, whether the pricing holds, whether the business is viable in its current shape.

Sessions are structured around what you bring. You send the situation in advance, we come prepared, and you leave with something you can act on rather than a general sense of encouragement.

02 / WHAT IS INCLUDED

The scope.

Pre-session review

You send the situation and the numbers; we read them before we meet.

Focused session

One decision or bottleneck, worked through properly rather than skimmed.

Straight answers

Including when the answer is that the plan does not work yet.

Written summary

What was discussed and what you decided, so it survives the week.

Follow-up route

A way to come back with the next question without starting from scratch.

No obligation

Nothing here is a funnel into a build you did not ask for.

03 / HOW IT RUNS

Four phases.

01

Send it over

The situation, the decision, and any numbers you are comfortable sharing.

02

We prepare

So the session is spent on the problem rather than on context.

03

The session

Direct, specific and unhedged.

04

Summary

Written up so you can act on it or share it.

04 / WHAT YOU END UP WITH

The outcome.

  • A decision made on evidence rather than on mood
  • The uncomfortable question asked out loud
  • A written record of what you concluded
  • A clear next action
05 / QUESTIONS

Before you ask.

Is this for early-stage only?

No. Established operators use it too, usually for a decision that is hard to discuss internally.

Do I need to prepare a deck?

Please do not. A plain email describing the situation is more useful.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, if you would like one. Confidentiality applies either way.

Starting investments are on the pricing page. The figure for your project comes from a written proposal you see before anything begins.

Other disciplines.

All eight disciplines

Is this the right fit?

Describe the problem and we will tell you honestly which discipline it belongs to.
