What this is.
The gap between finishing a course and being employable is a portfolio of real work, and most people never get the chance to build one. Employers ask for experience; nobody offers the first piece of it.
We run this as a genuine route rather than a goodwill gesture: mentoring, structured projects, and paid briefs on live client work where the standard is the same as for anyone else.

Is this free?
Guidance conversations are. Structured mentoring and cohorts are paid, and briefs pay you rather than the other way round.
Do you guarantee a job?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We can give you real work, honest feedback and a portfolio — the rest is a market.
What if I am changing career later on?
That is common and usually an advantage. Prior working experience tends to make people better at the parts that are not technical.
